Sugar and Self-Love

 

As you know, I have a passion for sugar and sweet tooth’s and helping people deconstruct and decrease the desire for sugar! As a health and wellness nutrition coach, I’ve come up with an 8 week sweet tooth program that I designed with extensive research and my own experience. My friend Ellie at Meditative Movements has demonstrated a connection of eating sugar and self-love. A desire for sweets often correlated with lack of a great relationship with yourself and always turning to sugar for comfort. She’s come up with free affirmations that help you in strengthening your relationships with yourself.

Ellie offers a Meditative Movements program and a 2017 University of Minnesota research study found this program reduces anxiety, depression and fatigue while improving emotional and functional wellbeing for persons with chronic health conditions. The Annals of International Occupational Therapy peer-reviewed journal findings is also available. She’s been in the media, written her own book and numerous podcasts/webinars on the relationship of the affirmations with decreasing sugar cravings!
