Sweet Potato Corn Soup, Servings: 4, Calories: 300/serving:
1 can black beans
1 can diced tomatoes with jalapeƱos
1 can corn
1 onion
3-4 sweet potatoes
Spice to taste with taco seasoning

Top it off with avocado, sour cream, green onion, cheese!
