What’s it look like with the cheese?!? Post a picture to insta or something if you get a chance with the cheese please! Also, I read somewhere that dairy should be cut from weight loss diets-do you believe that or do you have cheese in moderation?

    THANKS!!!!!!!!

Hiii! This is such a great question! I will email you the picture with cheese :)! And yes you are absolutely correct most weight loss diets do say to cut dairy; however, cheese is great because it has ZERO carbs and a lot of protein (just like eggs). So because of that, I eat a little bit of it almost on a daily basis in some form- cottage cheese, string cheese or just a slice of cheese- I definitely agree that it needs to be in moderation to avoid the effects on the gut. It’s a great topper on items or as a snack especially if you are watching carbs which is more important! I eat cheese at about 80-100 calories a day and some days it’s more about 200!
