Mouth-water Monday: Summer Cleanse

IMG_0166_1024Any time you want the quick and healthy benefits of a meal, but need a quick cleanse after a much needed bad food weekend- turn to this easy and delicious cleanse recipe!

Blend together these ingredients and chill before drinking:
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 leaf kale
1 leaf spinach
1 green apple or 1 banana or 1 pear
1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 avocado
